Tandoori Chicken

I've got a lot of recipes I wanna share with u all, but I thought to start with something easy and simple.

Ingredients:
 1 box Shaan Tandoori chicken masala

2 kg Chicken, bone-in, cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 cup Vegetable/Corn/Canola Oil
1 tsp Red chilli pepper flakes
5 tbsp full Yogurt 
1 tbsp white Vinegar

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and marinate for 30 mins (at least) or over night.

Transfer marinated chicken to a non-stick pot; cover with lid. Cook on high heat for 2-3 mins, then turn heat to medium. 
After 15-20 mins of cooking, the chicken will be cooked through, and the masala (gravy) will be a little watery.

Cook uncovered on high heat, until all water has evaporated and the masala is sticking to the chicken (but make sure the masala doesn't get too dry).
Tandoori Chicken is ready!!!
