Dough for Home Made Chapati/Roti (Flat bread)

Ingredients:

4-5 cup Whole-wheat flour (Atta)
1 tsp Salt
Water (room temprature) to combine

Directions:
 Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Start adding water slowly and keep mixing with your hand.



 Knead the dough , as above, ...
 ...then fold, ...
 ... knead again, as above,...
 ... all the while wetting your hands, as needed.

 After 3-4 mins of kneading, let the dough rest for 5 mins.

 Knead again for 2-3 mins


The dough is ready. The consistency of the dough should be so that if u poke a finger in it, it gives you just a little resistance.
